vision
Our Change Maker Tribe program seeks to help integrate a holistic worldview into the educational system and bring opportunities and support for youth to embody connection while taking action to create positive change. We believe youth are intelligent and if given the support, time, and space they can and will create solutions necessary for our time.
We help youth uncover their unique gifts and guide them to use these gifts to create solutions to local and global challenges. Our integrated approach supports youth to discover their ability to be change makers, visionaries and guardians of the earth while simultaneously helping them discover how to create inner resilience and connection. We believe this is what creates embodied global leaders, and we are here to support that mission.
Therefore, we have designed a creative Change Maker (CM) education project as one part of our larger vision. The CM project collaborates with artists, educators, and social change movements to create educational material in the form of videos, art, and lesson plans that will help youth foster emotional intelligence, network with peers and mentors, and create social and environmental change in their communities.
With the help and collaboration of English pedagogues in the Austrian public school system, the structure of the program can easily be implemented within the already existing school structure. This project is a step toward creating a society that sees youth as whole beings and as powerful change makers with the ability to create innovative and viable solutions and supports them to do so. It is the start of a new world view that connects body, mind, and human spirit as well as nature, community, and self.

Change maker Education for schools:
There are three main interweaving focuses of the program:
• English Fluency • Change Maker Education • Social and Emotional Skill Set
The C.M. Education program consists of videos and lessons that build upon each other and guide the student to lead a creative change maker project within their communities. The C.M. program integrates 21st-century life skills and the United Nations Sustainability Goals (Primarily Goals (3), Good health and well-being (13), Climate justice (15)) to inspire, empower, and connect youth to lead creative change in their communities.
The change-maker project is guided by and interwoven throughout the change-maker curriculum. Students are introduced to the social change project at the beginning of the course and throughout the program students are guided to expand and develop their projects by the integration of connection on all levels.
The project provides an opportunity to create a social community project that focuses on one of the United Nations Sustainability Goals. The project consists of choosing a local or global challenge that the youth are passionate about and then networking with others to create a social change project within their communities. Through direct action combined with passion for an art form, students create a positive change towards this topic. Focus is placed on creating from a place of inner peace and creativity. Encouraging youth to bring their passions and creativity into their activism enlivens their project, bringing more power to their cause.
